Meanwhile......

I need to write on Buna's new curriculum, and that should upset some people when I finally do./...

No, I am concerned about Britain.

My favorite place to visit on earth is on the brink of a civil war.

Do I know when it is coming? No, I don't. And to make it worse Britain can be torn apart forever.

Why?

A lot has to do with immigration, a lot is economics. Right now the British Pound , their monetary system makes no sense. It is way down in value against the Euro, while it is way up against the American Dollar.( Another reason why we are not going this year.)

Make more than £129,000, about $150,000 USD, and you are taxed at 61%. The rich, are leaving England in droves.

Then, there is the ban of the Cross of St. George. It is the traditional flag representing England.

They are expecting AI to cut into British jobs even more there than here in America causing even more strife leading to protests, riots....

Many of the illegal immigrants are being housed in 4 star hotels, and of course are given free healthcare, put a strain on an already strained system...

There are now major protests almost every day in cities around England.

I keep looking for a spark to occur in England and it could be Sept 13th. There is supposed to be a rally in London, and they are expecting 500,000....It's supposed to be at Parliament Square, right across from the British Parliament. And there are rumors they might storm Parliament the seat of the British Government.

There are a lot of people saying " Civil War" in Britain, and they've had one in in the 1640s which lead to the execution of King Charles I.

We got a Charles III on the throne now, and a bunch of people are not happy with him....

There are three scenarios-

1- British Army is called and goes to the streets or major cities. Violence stops at once. In days, troops are withdrawn. The state is in control without killing.

2. British Army called to the streets. Shots are fired, civilians drawn into the fight, lives are lost, the army become a symbol of oppression. This could going into years of division, much like the " Troubles" in Northern Ireland.

3. Most likely to happen....British troops called to protect infrastructure, free the police  to stop massive destruction, however, the British people will hate and no longer trust the British government.

We will see, as the old saying goes...." May you live in interesting times."

And if a civil war happens in England, you must think, how far away are we from having one here in the US?
